Success Team Intern
BlueArrow Fuel
We’re looking for a BlueArrow Fuel Success Team Intern to come in and assist our Customer Success team. During this paid internship, you will gain real world experience interfacing with a wide array of customers from many different industries. We are one of the top telematics resellers in the country so you’ll get to work with a fun, efficient team to improve customer satisfaction and enhance their user experience. In addition, BlueArrow has several employees on staff that started as an intern.
This part-time position will be in-person with the potential to move partially remote after an initial training period. We will be flexible with your school or other work schedules. This position could also turn into a full time opportunity after the internship is concluded.
The main responsibility as a BlueArrow Fuel Success rep for BlueArrow Telematics is to help onboard new customers on our app and help troubleshoot issues they’re having. Some of the responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Technical support
- Training customers on BlueArrow Fuel
- Onboarding new customers
- Verifying data accuracy on accounts
- Regularly touching base with customers to analyze their data and consult with customers based off of this data
These are the core responsibilities of a successful member for BlueArrow Telematics, however we are a fast paced organization and we are looking for someone who is a great multi-tasker and can adapt very quickly. At BlueArrow Telematics we are very much a forward thinking company, and because of this things can change pretty fast to adapt to the needs of our customers, which means we are looking for team members who are highly adaptable as well.

Our company is growing at a significant rate, and we are looking for the right person to fill a crucial role in our company. BlueArrow needs a candidate that has experience in customer billing, vendor bill audits, collections, payroll/commissions processing and other AR/AP/HR tasks. The candidate will be working on-site in Wake Forest office Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Below is a list of the daily activities the candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Process monthly billing via Quickbooks Enterprise
- Monitor customer emails/calls regarding invoicing and resolve billing discrepanc
- Ensure all items are coded correctly in Avalara sales tax reporting system.
- Email out past due reminders and reaching out to customers by phone if over 30 days past due
- Enter check, credit card, and ACH payments
- Process monthly finance charges for past due invoices
- Audit vendor invoices monthly to ensure correct pricing on both what we are billed from the vendor and what the customer is charged
- Process daily customer subscription changes/new account setup
- Process employee payroll and commissions

Our company is growing at a significant rate, and we are looking for the right person to fill a crucial role in our company. BlueArrow needs a candidate that has experience in 3-Wire Installation such as radio or other in-vehicle telematics equipment. The position will require an experienced individual that is able to work in outdoor environment. Some travel is expected and extended overnight stays are required for large deployments. The candidate will be working out of our Wake Forest office Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Weekend work may be necessary from time to time. Below is a list of the daily activities the candidate will be responsible for:
Daily Responsibilities
- Install GPS Tracking equipment, In-Vehicle Cameras, Winter Ops sensors and other telematics equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support customers on troubleshooting installation issues
- Provision and assemble GPS equipment prior to installation/shipping
- Our intent is to cross train candidate on general customer support on our various technologies to help with customer support on days not in the field.

Inventory Management

Our company is growing at a significant rate, and we are looking for the right person to fill a crucial role in our company. BlueArrow needs a candidate that has experience in inventory management. The position will require an organized individual with technology background and ability to multi-task. The candidate will be working on-site in Wake Forest office Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Below is a list of the daily activities the candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Processing orders – Device setup, shipping, invoicing, payment processing:
- Utilize our task and order workflow solution, Trello; our accounting software, Quickbooks; shipping platforms, FedEx Ship Manager and Unishippers; and multiple vendor portals
- The orders processed will vary from RMAs, drop-ship orders through a vendor, orders using stock from our office, and orders with software enrollment
- Some orders will require device configuration where you will configure the devices on an online platform, insert batteries and sim cards, and drill screws into the device
- Manage Shipping (FedEx):
- Create domestic and international shipping labels including filling out customs documentation
- From time to time a shipment gets lost. You will work with the shipping carrier representatives to place claims on lost packages
- Weekly auditing of shipping invoices where you will be verifying pricing and invoicing customs fees
- Quickbooks
- You will ensure all items are coded correctly in our tax system, Avalara
- Create vendor purchase orders
- You will receive inventory items into Quickbooks
- Perform weekly and monthly physical inventory audits
- Additional Tasks
- Processing merchandise returns
- Ensure inventory item catalogue matches order form item list
- Process daily customer device plan change requests
- Inform BlueArrow team about inventory changes and updates.
- Update internal team and customers about order lead times and shipping information
